Privacy Policy
Effective from: 15 June 2026
This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide to us through the contact form on this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.

2. What data we process
From the contact form we process the data you enter yourself:
- first and last name,
- contact (e-mail or phone number),
- information about your project (building type, project phase, area, scope of cooperation, project description).
Upon submission, technical data (e.g. IP address) may also be processed automatically for the purpose of delivering the message and protecting against misuse.

Providing the data is voluntary. However, without contact details we cannot get back to you and handle your enquiry.
4. Recipients and processors
We do not disclose or sell your data. Data from the form is sent by e-mail directly to us and processed on our web hosting, operated by the provider Webhouse, s. r. o. (Slovak Republic) within the EU.
For processing the form we do not use any external third-party services and we do not transfer your data to third countries outside the EU/EEA.
5. Retention period
We retain enquiry data for the period necessary to handle it and for subsequent communication, but no longer than 1 year from the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever occurs first. If the enquiry results in a contractual relationship, we retain the data in accordance with specific regulations (e.g. accounting).
6. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right:
- to access your data and to obtain a copy of it,
- to rectification of inaccurate data,
- to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”),
- to restriction of processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing prior to withdrawal),
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and tracking
The form is protected against spam by a technical method (a hidden “honeypot” field) that requires no cookies or tracking. If the website introduces analytics or marketing tools in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page together with the date of effect.
